On June 15th, California announced the full reopening plan for the state and lifted all capacity and distancing restrictions for businesses. Effective immediately, the following protocols will replace our previous Covid protocols:


  • Masks are optional for fully vaccinated clients/guests, as defined by the CDC (two weeks’ time since second dose). Unvaccinated clients/guests will need to wear masks when indoors at all times. All clients are welcome to continue wearing masks, provided it does not need to be removed for us to complete your service (should have earstraps).

  • Health questionnaires are no longer required; please disregard any instructions to complete these 

  • Vaccination status will be confirmed via self-attestation - you will not be required to present your vaccination card

  • Masks will continue to be required for all staff

  • All check-ins will now be completed by your Stylist in the Unit you are being treated

  • Guests are welcome, though capacity may still be limited since our waiting areas are still in storage for the time being.  We will assess the return of the waiting areas in the coming weeks.  All guests, regardless of age, will be required to wear masks if unvaccinated. 

  • NO pets at this time

  • Beverages will not be offered just yet, but fully vaccinated clients may bring their own drinks/snacks to their reservations


We’ll continue to provide hand sanitizer, ensure proper ventilation through fans and air purifiers, and offer contactless payment options through Mindbody- (though you’ll still need to present your card at checkout).


The following policies remain unchanged:

  • Standard Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance of your reservation date. Notification received after that will result in a 50% cancellation fee.  We encourage notice by email or text, as we’re sometimes available outside of normal business hours through these methods of communication! 

  • Sick Policy: If you are feeling ill for any reason, please reschedule your appointment. If you are exhibiting visible signs of illness (coughing, sneezing, runny nose), we will ask you to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations due to sickness will not be charged a fee, but will need to be rebooked at least 14 days from the date of your cancellation.

  • Late Policy: Due to high demand and limited availability, we will only be able to complete the remaining time you have of your appointment after arrival at the full rate booked.
